Refund Policy

We want you to feel safe paying. The short version: if our system fails, you get a full refund. Once a document has been successfully generated and delivered to your account, it is non-refundable because the work and AI cost have already been incurred on your behalf.

Full refund

We refund 100% of the price you paid when:

  • The generation failed and no document was produced.
  • You were charged but never received access to the document.
  • You were charged twice for the same order.
  • The lawyer-review add-on could not be delivered within 5 business days (Mekin Lawyer Office target is 48 hours).

No refund

Once a document has been generated and delivered, we do not refund:

  • Change of mind after delivery.
  • Mistakes in the information you provided (names, dates, terms). You can generate a corrected version, or contact us and we will offer a discounted regeneration.
  • Disagreement with general Thai legal principles applied in the draft. A qualified Thai lawyer should always finalise the document.

How to request a refund

Email office@expatlawthailand.com with your order ID (it is in the confirmation page and in your account). We respond within 2 business days and, when approved, refunds reach your card within 5–10 business days via Stripe.
